About

SaultVault was founded in 2026 by Sunelle Keenan, a former Yacht Purser who understood first hand the pressure, responsibility, and security demands of managing critical documents onboard vessels.

After years working at sea, Sunelle identified a recurring issue: passports, seaman’s discharge books, and immigration paperwork were often stored in folders that were impractical for real operational use. Clearance processes demanded precision, yet existing storage systems frequently fell short in both security and functionality. SaultVault was created to change that.

Designed from real operational experience, SaultVault cases are buoyant, fire and water resistant, and purpose-built to hold all essential documents in one secure, controlled system.

They are engineered to move seamlessly through immigration clearance, allowing documents to be handed directly to agents or immigration officers while remaining protected, organised, and controlled throughout the process.

While SaultVault was born in the marine industry, its applications extend beyond the ocean. The same design principles apply in aviation crew, tour managers or sport logistics agents, where secure and organised storage of identity documents are equally critical.

Our current range includes the Original and Mini case designs, with a larger Mammoth & stylish Pearl design planned for the future. We also offer optional personalised leather tags, which includes a premium AirTag-compatible option and a simpler engraved alternative, providing clear identification and added security. The personalised leather tag range also includes luggage tags, ideal for a gift.

In addition, SaultVault produces a specialised lithium battery containment boom bag, designed to help manage lithium battery fire risks—an essential safety solution for both aircraft and vessels during extended crossings.

SaultVault is built by someone who has lived the problem and designed the solution.
